All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges unless otherwise stated, which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout. We will only dispatch goods to be delivered once the funds have been cleared, in the majority of cases goods will be delivered by a third party carrier and cost of delivery will be included in the total cost of the order and this will be made aware to you on the checkout/ invoice page.
The goods will require a signature to accept delivery. www.AllInOneBathrooms.com endeavour to deliver the goods to you within 3-7 working days, however in some cases and busy periods please allow upto 14 working days, all orders for UK Mainland will be sent via road delivery. Deliveries to Scotland, the Highlands & Islands may take longer.
Special orders will take longer to deliver due to the product being non stock items. Orders will only be delivered to the nearest hard road point, we are only insured and required to deliver the goods to your delivery address and not to take them in or fit them in any property.
Your order may consist of heavy and/or bulky goods assistance must be available to the delivery driver to offload the goods. You should carefully inspect the goods immediately.
If you find the order to be damaged or incomplete clearly sign all delivery notes and inform us of the problem immediately. our contact number and information is attached to the pallet.
Once items have been delivered to your door and you have signed you will be responsible for them. If for any reason you are not able to take delivery of the products, contact Us on 01706 629 232. Arrangements can be made to redeliver the goods to your address at an additional charge which you will be responsible for. If another person accepting the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them of the terms of delivery, and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check the goods. If the package does not appear to be in good condition and it is clear to see that the goods inside are damaged, refuse the delivery and notify us immediately via telephone.

Small items are taps, showers valves, towel rails, accessories, etc... generally items that are small & light enough for a single person to carry.
Large items are baths, full suites, bathroom furniture, shower enclosures, sanitaryware, etc... items that cannot be carried by a single person.

Before you return an item you must contact us so we know to expect it and can advise you on how to return your item. Also a copy of the original invoice must be included with your contact details. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrectly sent by all in one bathrooms.
Delivery of pallet goods
For palletised deliveries, the goods will be delivered as close as possible to your front door. If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street, up a flight of stairs (such as flats), or any other obstruction, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.
The delivery will be made by a single driver, so if the items you have ordered are heavy please ensure that an able-bodied person is available to assist the driver with the carrying. The drivers are NOT insured or obliged to enter your property.
